Phase 2: Platform and Placement Strategy - 2 - 3 hours

We work on:
  • Mapping the women's leadership ecosystem
  • Matching your story to the right stages
  • Guidance on applications and pitches
  • Refining story-first speaker positioning

  • Speaker bio and talk description
  • Pitch language for organizers
Phase 3: Signature Talk and Written Story - 5 hours
Turning lived experience into a story that travels.
We work on:
  • Structuring a signature talk for keynotes, TEDx or other formats we identify as targets
  • Calibrating language to feel strong, credible, and human
  • Grounding the story in insight and action
Outcomes:
  • Signature talk outline aligned to TEDx expectations or other
  • One long-form written piece
  • Supporting talking points
Phase 4: Credible Online Presence - 2 - 3 hours
Secondary, strategic, and intentional.
We work on:
  • Aligning online presence to the impact narrative
  • Creating consistency across LinkedIn and bio assets
  • Writing high-signal posts tied to the story
Outcomes:
  • Refined LinkedIn narrative
  • Five to seven story-aligned posts
  • Personal narrative guidelines
